ISIS believes that one of the most important aspects when relocating overseas is the quality of the packing and caring for your possessions.

Our packing and moving crews have worked with many large and small consignments  over the years, so their experience in the industry is second to none. They understand that they are at the forefront of our company and that they are the key to the success and the future of our company.

At ISIS we only use the very best and the finest up to date packing materials available in the market place.

All delicate and fragile effects such as: antiques, fine art, pianos & hi-tech effects are packed by using export wrapping cushioned blankets and then either cased into corrugated made cartons or wooden crates for shipping.

After completing the packing requirements, our team will then label all effects and then complete an inventory of all effects for shipping, our inventory of effects will include: the name of our customer, unique reference number and the destination details. Once the inventory paperwork is complete our foreman will supply you with a copy of the all paperwork. One copy will be sent to our overseas partner so that they may present them to Customs, one copy will be sent to our insurers and a copy will remain in our library. On the completion of all works at your residence, our foreman will also ask you to complete and sign our quality control sheet, which is assessed personally by our move managers and the managing director to ensure we monitor our crew’s performance fairly and that we have provided you with all that was promised.

Our services include the following to any destination worldwide - by SEA and/or AIR.

Groupage and LCL

This method is used for small consignments, such as: Excess Baggage, etc.

For major destinations for faster delivery than the groupage service or alternatively to more remote out of the way destinations where it is not viable for our groupage service.

Used for full household effects to all major destinations.

All shipping containers are security sealed out side customers' origin address.

ISIS offers a comprehensive airfreight service to all worldwide destinations.

DOOR – DOOR service or Airport only.

ISIS offers a full Roll On Roll Off service for cars & a full crated service for motorbikes.

Pet transportation & documentation is arranged via our third party agents.

ISIS Relocation has an extensive network of worldwide moving agents to store your effects safely. All our national & overseas agents storage facilities are purpose built and offer security and peace of mind whilst your effects are in our care.

ISIS offers a complete European road DOOR–to– Door service. As with our overseas services, we provide a full packing and storage service at origin.

Complete unpacking, storage, minor or complete set-up, and debris collection at destination.
